Ingredients:
- 1 cup vegan butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 flax eggs 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed + 6 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup crushed vegan butterfinger-style candy bars
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Grind flaxseed and add water to a small bowl

Wait five minutes for it to get thicker
Vegan butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar should all be mixed together until smooth in a large bowl
Mix the flax eggs and vanilla extract into the butter mixture until everything is well mixed together
Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients one at a time until a dough forms
Crushed vegan candy bars that look like Butterfingers should be mixed in
Place dough balls about the size of a tablespoon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each one
Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown
After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way
