Salted Pretzel Marshmallow Blondies



These Salted Pretzel Marshmallow Blondies combine the sweet and salty flavors of marshmallows, pretzels, and brown sugar for a delicious treat that's perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • Sea salt, for sprinkling

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat

Stir in the brown sugar until dissolved

Remove from heat and let cool slightly

Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined

Fold in the mini marshmallows and crushed pretzels

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish

Sprinkle with sea salt

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean

Let cool completely before cutting into squares
