Cajun Garlic Shrimp



Enjoy the bold flavors of Cajun spices combined with garlic-infused shrimp. This Paleo-friendly dish is bursting with flavor and is quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

Olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper should all be combined in a bowl

Blend thoroughly

Toss the shrimp in the bowl to ensure they are evenly covered in the seasoning mixture

In a skillet, preheat the heat to medium-high

When the skillet is hot, add the seasoned shrimp to it

The shrimp should be cooked for two to three minutes on each side, or until they become opaque and pink

Before serving, garnish with chopped parsley
