Ingredients:
- 1 cup of mixed nuts almonds, cashews, and walnuts
- 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup of shredded coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
Instructions:
Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet
Combine the semisweet chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl that is safe to be microwaved
Cook in the microwave for 30 second bursts, stirring after each, until the chocolate is smooth and completely melted
Make sure all of the ingredients are evenly coated by stirring the sea salt, shredded coconut, dried cranberries, and mixed nuts into the melted chocolate mixture
Drop bite-sized portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet that has been prepared, using a spoon or cookie scoop
To let the chocolate set, put the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes
After the chocolate has solidified, take the nut bites out of the fridge and store them in an airtight container
