Chicken Parm Garlic Bread Sandwich



This sandwich combines the classic flavors of chicken parmesan with the comforting crunch of garlic bread, creating a truly epic culinary experience.

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 4 garlic bread slices

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F 200C

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper

Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat

Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side

Place cooked chicken on a baking sheet

Top each chicken breast with marinara sauce and a slice of mozzarella cheese

Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10 minutes

Meanwhile, toast garlic bread slices until golden brown

Assemble sandwiches by placing a chicken parm on a slice of garlic bread, then top with another slice of garlic bread
