Ingredients:
- 6 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions:
Put potatoes, onion, garlic, and chicken broth in a slow cooker
