Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Mushrooms



These stuffed mushrooms wrapped in bacon make the ideal starter for any gathering. They're irresistible because of the perfect balance of smoky bacon and creamy, cheesy filling. They will undoubtedly be a big hit at your upcoming event!

Ingredients:

  • 12 large mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
  • 6 slices of bacon, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375F 190C

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper

Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture, pressing it in firmly

Wrap each stuffed mushroom with a half slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick

Place the bacon-wrapped mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the mushrooms are tender

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving
