Keto Cheese Taco Shells



Keto Cheese Taco Shells are a low-carb version of regular taco shells. They are made with paprika, garlic, onion, and cumin to season melted cheddar cheese. They're tasty and crispy, and they're perfect for holding all of your favorite keto taco fillings.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cumin

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a bowl, mix shredded cheddar cheese with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin

Divide the cheese mixture into 4 equal portions on the prepared baking sheet, shaping each portion into a circle about 6 inches in diameter

Bake in the preheated oven for 6-8 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crisp

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes

Carefully peel the cheese circles off the parchment paper and drape them over a rolling pin or a utensil with a round handle to shape them into taco shells

Allow them to cool completely to firm up before filling with your favorite keto-friendly taco ingredients
